Read to the end, I will reveal a little surprise for you. This beautiful and sunny apartment is located next to the Panorámica golf course, and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
The house is all exterior and sunny. It has 40m2, with 1 double bedroom with matrimonial bed, living room with kitchenette, a complete bathroom, and access to a large 17m2 terrace with views of the communal garden area with swimming pool.
Free Wi-Fi is also available. 2 identical community pools both. A sports area with a tennis court and 2 paddle tennis courts and 2 private playgrounds with a garden area. Parking is free outside, but if you need it, an optional parking space is available in the same building.
In the urbanization where it is in the Aldea Golf residential complex, it has a 24-hour security service, a Golf Course at 50m, and Pitch & Putt at 200m. Running track, and bike ride circuit. There is also a small commercial area with a grocery store, pharmacy, and bars/restaurants.
In the area, and very close, are the beaches of Vinaroz (9 km away), Peñíscola Beaches (18 km away), and the Ebro Delta Beaches (20 km away). Ports Natural Park (25 km away), and if you need to go shopping in Vinaroz there is the Portal Mediterráneo shopping center, where you can find Carrefour, Decathlon, Aldi, MediaMarkt, Sprinter, Leroy Merlin, Jysk, Fosters Hollywood...
