Independant Villa with pool on the coastal side of Tuscany

The Villa, which is part of the domain "Tenuta Villa Ambretta" was renovated in a resolutely contemporary style, meant to draw attention to the beauty of the nature surrounding it. It is furnished with modern, vintage and unique furniture, to create comfortable and elegant spaces.
Its conception was centred around the various outdoor spaces and terraces which offer shade or sun at different times of the day so the guests can enjoy the magnificent view year-round, at any time of the day. There is an outdoor kitchen (gaz) a BBQ, a bar and dining place.
The Villa is designed to accomodate 6 persons ( 1 child) all over the year. It has a living room with a fire place, an office space with high speed internet and an indoor/outdoor fitness area with sauna.
Powered by solar energy, fitted with heat pumps and perfectly insulated, the Villa produces more energy than it consumes, even with a sauna, heated pool, and electric car charging stations. The pool is heated in may and spetember but open all over the year to allow you a cold bath after the sauna !
The Villa is located on top of a hill, with a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside, It is in the middle of an enclosed 4-hectare space, which includes an olive tree field and a small forest, as well as the owners’ house, in which they reside year-long. They will be delighted to help you discover the regions and its secrets.
The city of Grosseto, with its historical pedestrian city centre and medieval walls, is located 15 km away. Siena is 65 km away, and the first beaches are a 30-minute ride away. The region is well-known for its Roman and Etruscan historical remains, its medieval villages, its wineries and its natural reserves (the Alberese Natural Park is 30 km away)
Within a 30 to 50 km radius, you will find 5 golf courses, some close to the beach, some in the middle of vines and olive trees. The small ski station of the Monte Amiata (1700 m) is an hour away by car.
The nearest restaurant is 1km away, the grocery store is 7 km away, and the large “Maremà” shopping centre, in Grosseto, is 15 km away (open every day from 9:00 to 20:30)
The village party/feast “La Sagra Del Tortello”, with dinners and dances, will take place during the last week of August, until approximately midnight every day.
On your arrival you will find a dinner (with wines) ready in your kitchen as well as a breakfast for the first morning to allow you start immediately your holidays.
BOOKING : during the peak season (end of june to early september) booking is possible for one week minimum (saturday to saturday). For the rest of the year booking are possible for 4 nights minimum.
