Ibiza Style Barcelona is divided into five floors, all connected by the main elevator and a glass and wrought iron staircase. Parties or celebrations are not allowed
The main area is on the 5th floor, a spacious kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a bathroom and a spacious 250 m2 living room where you can find a spectacular dining table that comfortably seats up to 16 guests. all connected to the pool and 2500 m2 of garden areas with a pond, waterfall, barbecue area, bar and chill out area with a round bed and unbeatable views.
On the 4th floor is the magnificent master bedroom with an extra-large king size bed (3x2m), and a glass-enclosed g (Turkish bath), large rain shower and massage table. The large glass doors allow a panoramic view of the sea, and some other windows that allow you to see the interior of the pool.
On the 3rd floor you can find a state-of-the-art gym, as well as an office area with a 5 meter long work.
