Herrenhaus in Alva

Authentisches, freistehendes Landhaus im Ort Souto de Alva mit Privatgarten. Es ist eines der wenigen ursprünglichen Adelslandhäuser in Portugal. Das Landhaus wurde früher durch einen Richter bewohnt. Es besteht aus Granit und ist würdevoll mit antikem Mobiliar eingerichtet. Die Original-Barockeinrichtung ist von hoher Güte. Das Landhaus verfügt über einen großen Garten (etwa 1200 m2) mit Rasen, Grill und vielen Obstbäumen. In diesem Dorf mit nur 300 Einwohnern haben Sie die Gelegenheit, das portugiesische Klima zu genießen. In der Umgebung liegen die Stadt Viseu (etwa 25 km) und die Thermen von Carvalhal und S. Pedro do Sul in etwa 5km Entfernung. In etwa 50 km befindet sich Portugals höchster Berg, der Serra da Estrela, und die umgebende Natur bietet etliche Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
