Dieses schöne (Stein-)Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt unter anderem über einen privaten Garten. Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel des Dorfes Pian di Mommio, wobei das Zentrum leicht zu erreichen ist. Dort finden Sie Geschäfte, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und andere Einrichtungen.

Sie wohnen ganz in der Nähe der schönen (Sand-)Strände von Versilia, wie Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio und Forte dei Marmi.

Lucca als Provinz hat nicht nur die Berge, sondern auch einen kilometerlangen Küstenstreifen. Etwa 15 Kilometer westlich der Stadt Lucca liegt die Region Versilia.

Der Sandstrand von Versilia ist etwa dreißig Kilometer lang. Hier ist es wunderschön. Auf der einen Seite hat man einen Blick auf die Apuanischen Alpen und die Marmorberge, auf der anderen Seite sieht man das Meer.

Wir bitten unsere Gäste mit Ihren Hunden in den dafür bestimmten Gebieten Gassi zu gehen. Sollte der Hund doch einmal im Garten sein Geschäft machen, räumen Sie es bitte in den entsprechenden Müllcontainer auf.

Reaching the sea is a habit for the inhabitants of the place, especially for the mothers who accompany their children. The beaches are in fact about 15 - 20 km and can be reached in 30 minutes.
To save time it is advisable to avoid traffic hours from 7.30 to 8.30, from 12 to 13 and in particular in the evening from 18 to 19.30.
