Das Ferienhaus ist nur wenige Meter entfernt vom Fluss Ticino, nahe dem Lago Maggiore, gelegen. Es befindet sich in einem ehemaligen, renovierten Bauernhaus, wobei die ursprüngliche Struktur erhalten ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern und angenehm. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, umgeben von Grün. In der Nähe gibt es einen Radweg, der entlang des Flusses Ticino führt, von dem man die wunderbare Tierwelt (Naturpark) genau beobachten kann. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufszentren und 3 Krankenhäuser, die alle innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichbar sind. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten (Sesto Calende) entfernt und mit den wichtigsten Hauptstädten des Nordens (Sesto Calende - Milan max 45 Minuten) verbunden. Die Autobahnen sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die wichtigsten lokalen Märkte sind in Sesto Calende mittwochs, in Arona dienstags und Borgomanero freitags. Sehr nah von Castelletto sind auch der See von Varese, Lago Comabbio und Lago di Monate. Um die Seen gibt es zahlreiche Strände. Vom Ferienhaus aus können Sie auch Städte wie Mailand, Como, Stresa, Lugano usw. innerhalb einer Stunde für Besuche erreichen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt , um die internationale Veranstaltung EXPO 2015 in Mailand zu besuchen, vom 1. Mai 2015 bis 31. Oktober 2015.
