When you rent out with Campaya, the first DKK 44,500 of your rental income is tax-free. If you rent out several holiday homes with us, the first DKK 44,500 of the income from each holiday home is tax-free.

In addition, you only pay tax on 60% of the income you have in addition to the first DKK 44,500. This means that 40% of the remaining income is actually also tax-free for you.

The typical tax rate for summer house rental varies slightly from municipality to municipality, but is around 35%.

This means that if you have an income of DKK 150,000 after the commission to us of 20%, you earn 127,845 after tax kroner due to the large deduction possibilities.

Our commission for renting and servicing your holiday home is 20%. Including all tenant dialogue and management and everything else and without any hidden additional fees.

The commission at Campaya is 20% when we find the tenant for you. If you want to find tenants yourself, we offer you the opportunity to share a discount link with tenants you find yourself. In those cases, the commission is 10%, and the income can also be included under the favorable tax rules. Some holiday home owners would like to participate in the rental themselves and share discount links via e.g. Facebook or to friends and acquaintances, and this model can be used here. Others do not want that task. Both parts are possible at Campaya. You will find your discount link on your rental page when you have created your holiday home.

At Campaya, you can choose from a number of different local cleaning companies to handle the tenant-paid cleaning. We select the best professional companies throughout the country, so that the cleaning of your holiday home is always handled by professional professionals and not seasonal youth workers. And you can always switch to a new cleaning company if you want to try something new.

You also have the option of taking care of the cleaning yourself if you wish to receive payment from the tenants for this. It is entirely up to you.
